29 The Haven

29 The Haven is a lovely apartment with attractive features arranged on three floors with curved staircases and the living area at the top.  There are spectacular sea views from the sun terrace and sitting room.  The Haven is situated at the quieter end of Swanage by Pevril Point.  It’s still only a two minute walk into the heart of Swanage.  The Haven comfortably sleeps 6 within two bedrooms and has two allocated parking spaces outside the front door.

 

There are two bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: (overlooking the sea) consists of a king size double bed with a duvet and 4 pillows, a small wall mounted dressing table with mirror and stool, 2 hanging cupboards, 2 Bedside tables and a waste bin.

En suite bathroom: consists of a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, toilet and medicine cabinet.

Bedroom 2: consists of a king size double bed, duvet and 4 pillows, a set of bunk beds with duvet and pillows, a large long mirror, a fitted shelf, a small hanging cupboard, a large chest of draws, an additional two large draws under the beds and mirror and a waste bin.

En suite Bathroom: consists of an electric shower, wash basin and toilet.

Living Room: consists of a dining table with 6 chairs, 3 matching coffee tables and a matching wood dresser, a large beige fabric corner sofa, matching large arm chair and footstool.  Colour television with freeview, a DVD player.

 

Kitchen: consists of an oven, hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and dishwasher, with a breakfast bar and two stools.

Separate Toilet on Ground Floor: consist of a toilet and basin.  There is also a cupboard containing a washing machine and drier, a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, ironing board and iron.

There is a lovely sun terrace which is a great spot for some sheltered sun.  There are sunbeds and chairs you can take on to the terrace.

There is currently no WiFi, (internet) within the apartment, however, we hope in the future it will be available.

Important Information

Keys will be posted to your home address prior to your arrival. With the keys will also be a stamped addressed envelope for you to return the keys after your visit.

The car parking  for the apartment is outside the private doors to the property, there are two spaces but also further visitor spaces close by.

Please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow slips and towels as these will not be provided. There are two double beds (king size) and two single beds (bunk beds) in the apartment.

Any breakages are to be paid for and reported.

Within the apartment there is a visitors book, we appreciate any comments or suggestions. There will also be a guide to Swanage with suggestions for activities and local attractions, please leave both of these information packs within the property to benefit future guests.

We regret no pets or animals are allowed within the property.

SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS RE-ASSURANCE

All soft furnishings meet the fire safety regulations and the relevant gas and electrical safety requirements have been met. The property is  protected with a smoke alarm and a carbon monoxide detector.
