2 Quayside Court is right on the water front of Swanage Bay with stunning views overlooking Old Harry Rocks and Swanage Bay. It is a 3 bedroomed 1st floor flat which comfortably sleeps 6. There is an allocated parking space just outside the door as well as a small garage and the flat is situated very close (walking distance) to Swanage beach and the town centre.
Swanage is a great holiday destination for all ages, there is something for everyone. It is a gateway to the fascinating World Heritage Jurassic Coast, has a famous steam railway providing regular trips to Corfe Castle and is surrounded by beautiful Purbeck countryside (much written about by Enid Blyton). There are sandy beaches, crabbing off Stone Quay, which is right outside the flat, or stroll along the restored pier.
Swanage is also full of great places to eat, from cafes to fine dining, a few of these will be listed on the website. There is an interesting selection of shops, but also lots of great facilities including pitch and putt, boat trips, scuba diving, tennis courts, theatre/cinema pedalo hire and the traditional Punch & Judy shows on the beach! The flat’s convenient location means it’s right on hand for all the attractions.
There are two large double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.
Bedroom 1: (overlooking the sea) consists of a double bed with a headboard (6’ x 4’6), duvet and 4 pillows, dressing table with triple mirror and stool, a fitted shelf unit and wall mirror, hanging cupboard, 2 Bedside tables and a waste bin.
Bedroom 2: consists of a double bed with a headboard, (6’ x 4’6), a duvet and 4 pillows, chest of drawers, hanging cupboard, fitted shelf unit, wall mirror, 2 bedside lamps, hand mirror and a waste bin.
Bedroom 3: (overlooking the sea) consists of a set of bunk beds (3’), 2 duvets and 4 pillows, chest of drawers, fitted shelf unit, wall mirror, lamp, chair, table and waste bin.
Modern Family Bathroom: consists of a bath with shower attachment, wash basin, toilet, medicine cabinet and shaver socket.
Separate Toilet: consist of a toilet and basin.
Living Room: consists of a dining table with 6 chairs, a black leather corner sofa, a high level coffee table, an illuminated glass and wood dresser, free standing lamp, colour television with freeview, a DVD player, radio and waste bin.
Kitchen: consists of an oven, hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and washing machine.
Hallway: consists of a cupboard containing a vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, ironing board and iron.
There is WiFi, (internet) available at no extra charge within the flat.
The car parking for the flat is in front of the flat, you will require a code to gain entry. To access the flat there is a main door on the right hand side of the building which is code operated. You will find the flat on the first floor. Access codes will be provided prior to your arrival. There is also a garage that will fit a small car (210cm wide by 540cm length).
New for 2020, linen is now included, duvet covers, sheet, pillow slips and bath towels will be provided. There are two double beds (standard size) and two single beds (bunk beds) in the flat. You will need to bring beach towels
Any breakages are to be paid for and reported.
Within the flat there is a visitors book, we appreciate any comments or suggestions. There will also be a guide to Swanage with suggestions for activities and local attractions, please leave both of these information packs within the property to benefit future guests.
